There are numerous ways in which you can contact Virgin Media Support. Via the phone, newsgroups or contact forms. You now have to pay for calls made to support, however if the fault is deemed to be their responsibility then they will refund the charge - if you ask them during the call.
The Virgin Media hierarchy of newsgroups(virginmedia) has been split down into various types, hi-speed, mail, pwp etc not all of these currently have support groups but most should have discussion groups. The support groups for all users are due to be implemented shortly. Please remember to choose the most appropriate group for any post you make.
These can be accessed via the ‘By email‘ section within the Virgin Media website.
It may be possible that other users have had similar technical difficulties and may be able to help out. Again there are a few different methods for accessing such help.
