  1. store the username that blueyonder gave you here. It will probably look something like abcd12345.

  2. a place to jot down your email addresses. you can use this space to put other internet service provider email addresses you may have (say with Freeserve or AOL) or you can put in any email aliases you may have set up for yourself through blueyonder. Your email address for blueyonder (the one originally given to you when you joined) should look something like absd12345@blueyonder.co.uk.

  3. a good place to store the phone number you will be using to connect to blueyonder. A list of all the numbers you can phone is found here. Pick the one that is the most local to your area.

  4. already filled in for you. A good number to keep a note of, in case you have any problems with the blueyonder service.

  5. already filled in for you. Use these as an alternative to contacting blueyonder, rather than phoning them. They can be a nuisance to fill in, but are handy to keep a note of, just in case. Learn how to use these forms here.
