blueyonder is now Virgin Media, this obviously impacts our site a considerable amount. Unfortunately this will mean that many of our links to the old blueyonder Help site no longer work and you will be redirected to the front page of the new site. The help section on this new site is accessible via the Customer Zone link at the top of each page on the new Virgin Media site.

byUsers started life as the "Carton-123" group, who set out to create a site with information & help for other cable internet users. since then, cable internet has now changed to blueyonder, and we were invited by blueyonder to be hosted on their commercial server.

We decided to re-brand ourselves with a new name that related to our site, and one of our team members at the time suggested "byUsers", and the tagline "for users, by users", as our site was created by users of the blueyonder isp, and was for the users of the blueyonder isp.

Now, over a year since we re-launched, we have updated our look and overhauled most of our content to include more popular questions and problems we've seen, as well as the new technology and offerings by blueyonder.

Our forum is always busy with regular members and new members, so don't forget to pop in and ask for help if you can't see the answer your looking for on the site - or even just pop in for a friendly chat and a laugh!
